1. General policy Refunds are generally not available. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of your billing period, but you normally will not receive money back.

Credits already used are not refundable.

2. Cancellations Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal. Your current plan normally remains active until the end of the paid billing period.

3. Possible exceptions - Billing errors or duplicate charges. - Refunds required by law, including applicable consumer rights. - Cases approved by support after review of the account and payment history.
